'We' is a fast-paced 64 minute documentary that covers the world politics of power, war, corporations, deception and exploitation. It visualizes the words of Indian anti-globalisation activist & writer, Arundhati Roy, specifically her famous Come September speech, where she spoke on such things as the war on terror, corporate globalization, justice and the growing civil unrest. It's witty, moving, alarming and quite a lesson in modern history.

Yes, it's late notice but i reckon it's important to do something here and let politicians know that we take climate change seriously, and they'd better too.

‘Tasmania: Explore the Possibilities’ is an exhibition of alternative Parliamentary portraits by Hobart artist Jamin. The work explores the bizarre and often disturbing links between politics and business in Tasmania, and questions whether or not the arts have a role to play in these issues. In a state where the Premier makes jokes like: “Tasmania: the Conspiracy State”, and business leaders like John Gay would like it noted that “it was Mr. Lennon had who rushed to see him… and not the other way around” - it is appropriate to be alert and alarmed.

Do you want to do something about climate change? Do you have an idea for action that you would like to put into practice? Would you like to find other people to do this with? This is your chance to convene a discussion workshop with other interested people. In Open Space meetings, participants create and manage their own agenda of parallel working sessions around a central theme. This conference will be based around the question 'What are the key ways Tasmanians can make a difference on climate change?'
